Termination Notices
A termination notice is something in writing from your landlord that says they want you to move out by a certain date. A termination notice doesn't come from the court. It could be a handwritten note or a form signed by your landlord, and must follow certain rules. If you don't move by the move-out date in the notice, your landlord can use the notice to start an eviction court case against you.
